1000 Series Vinyl Handrail
About
The 1000 series handrail is an innovative design, used where both impact resistance and aethetics are important. Continuous mounting ligature-resistant brackets are available to address safety issues for patients in mental health or similar environments.
The 1000 series meets the GREENGUARD children and school chemical emissions levels and is also available in our non-PVC G2 BioBlend and SureContact material. SureContact antimicrobial handrails incorporate sanitised zinc pyrithione technology to help reduce the growth of mould and mildew.
The 1000 series meets all relevant safety standards, compling with Australian standard AS1428. 1-2009, with a 50mm offset from the wall to the handrail.
