Our team was proud to offer a turnkey package to Hansen Yunken; supplying and installing the eye catching louvres, sunscreens and batten screens, as well as our internal door protection and handrails on this state of the art aged care facility. The finished product is a tribute to the in-depth design that happened behind the scenes.
The Electro Subtle Blue and Copper Pearl Grange fins on the window openings were individually located with methodical precision, and the various angles of the fins counter the sun’s glare. Made from our modular Grange system, Acculine was able to achieve an 800mm deep fin.
The plants on the rooftop and fire stairs were screened by our proprietary Diamond Series swaged grating to shield it from view, and the robust design withstands the high wind loads that its coastal location poses. This product enabled the builder to cut costs by spanning a greater distance between posts, enabling them to eliminate additional steel posts.
Our interiors team supplied and installed our custom made door frame protectors, rigid vinyl rebated door panels, Victorian Ash handrails and polycarbonate corner guards. It was fantastic to be involved in both the interior and exterior of the project, protecting it with our products for years to come.
